LOESCHE Mills (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 in Shanghai, China and is the wholly-owned subsidiary of LOESCHE Germany in China. It acts as a representative of LOESCHE to provide services to the Chinese market. The company now has more than 100 employees and consists of professional teams for sales, design, installation and commissioning.
With the aim of improving the competitiveness of LOESCHE products within the Chinese market, LOESCHE management proactively implements the “China Made” strategy, gradually establishing a manufacturing network with Baoshan workshop as its headquarter supported by machining sub-contractors within the Yangtze River delta region. The LOESCHE management team that has a solid knowledge of the Chinese manufacturing industry is making profound use of the manufacturing advantage that can be found across the Yangtze River delta. It is establishing cooperation with a group of companies that are reasonable in size and have excellent manufacturing processes and strong customer-oriented senses. They are located in areas surrounding Shanghai and have become subcontracting partners with LOESCHE China.
As a result of many years of hard work in cost and production time deductions and with a series of rigid supervision measures including the use of quality inspectors to monitor the production progress and implement strict factory inspections, LOESCHE China effectively ensures that all the products made in China keep standards equal to those of the global quality criteria set by LOESCHE GmbH. We are now able to offer domestic customers high quality LOESCHE mills at a much more competitive price.
