About our trainee program
The Loesche Trainee Program is a development course tailored to your specific situation after graduating from university, in which you will experience all the departments relevant for your future post. The high quality of our Trainee Program is ensured not only by the expertise and experience of the mentors in the various departments but also by having your own contact partner within the Human Resources Department and development and advancement measures customised to your requirements.

Your future
You will be working in an innovative and globally active, family-run company in the mechanical and plant engineering sector. The company's core strengths lie in the development and construction of vertical mills and also planning and project engineering, shipment, assembly and commissioning of complete plants with a high process engineering component. After successfully completing your Trainee Program, you will be given the opportunity to gather comprehensive vocational experience, be it as an expert, project manager or as an executive. In addition, you can work at one of our foreign subsidiaries.

About you
You have graduated with a better than average degree. You have already gained experience at an internationally active company in a practical semester or semester abroad. You stand out for your confident manner, communication skills and negotiation-level fluency in English.
